    Rehabilitation Programs

    Occupational Rehab & Physical Rehab

    Skilled therapy programs are ordered by a physician and delivered and executed by a skilled therapist based on an individual resident assessment. Residents have a customized and individualized plan of care and are monitored on a consistent basis to help facilitate optimal functional level attainment.  

    Restorative Training Programs

    Dressing, Bathing, Hygiene, Grooming, Eating & Mobility

    Restorative programs are determined and designed by a skilled therapist or Rehab Certified Registered Nurse and carried out by both Certified Restorative and Certified Nursing Assistants. These programs may be complementing a concurrent therapy program designed to improve or maintain residents overall functional abilities.
