Inventory Clerk -Temporary (600 hours)

Ensures all inventory supplies are ordered, sufficient stock is on hand, and all inventory is maintained, stocked and organized in accordance with state and federal regulations. Observes professional standards of practice and facility policies and procedures while ensuring resident safety. Reports to the Director of Nursing but may receive directions from other administration staff.

EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS RELATED EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Ability to prioritize multiple demands, possess problem solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in medical terminology and inventory control.
Must possess knowledge of Microsoft operating system including word and excel with proven competency.
A competency exam will be administered.
